This walled cemetery contains a memorial and trees, and is located in front of the Chunuk Bair Atatürk Memorial. It derives its name from First Lieutenant Nazif Çakmak, the brother of Marshal Fevzi Çakmak, the Commander of the 9th Division 64thInfantry Company. No record is available regarding the date of its construction. The following epitaph is written on the grave: “First Lieutenant Nazif Çakmak Brother of Marshal Fevzi Çakmak was killed when he rushed forward to the enemy trenches in front of his company during a bayonet attack. 8 August 1915”
